Morning and evening briefings

Briefings are Kikko's daily ritual: short summaries of what's coming, sent as notifications so nothing sneaks up on you. There are two, and each has its own toggle.

The two briefings

  • Evening brief (19:00) - "get ready for tomorrow": tomorrow's events, what each kid needs to bring, and tasks coming due. Perfect for packing bags the night before.
  • Morning brief (07:15) - "today at a glance": the day's schedule while you're having coffee.

Turn them on or off

Open Settings → Daily briefings

Each briefing has its own switch. Use one, both, or neither.

Flip the switches to taste. Many families run just the evening brief - it's the one that saves the morning scramble.

Good to know

  • Kikko skips empty days. If nothing's on tomorrow, no evening brief is sent. Silence means calm, not a bug.
  • Briefings respect your language setting - switch Kikko's answers to Italian, French, or German in Settings → Family and briefings follow.
  • Briefings land in the notification center, so you can re-read this morning's brief at lunchtime.
  • Timing is fixed at 19:00 and 07:15 in your family's timezone for now.
